When you buy local beef directly from our ranch, you fill your freezer with enough beef to last up to a year depending on the size of beef you order.
We offer three sizes of locker beef. Quater quantities are offered with the standard Rocking R cuts. Half and Whole locker beef include custom cut and wrap options.

Our Promise
To ensure that we provide a satisfactory experience, not only are our cattle custom-fed a Premium Grass- fed, Grain-finished diet, they are also hand-selected by us to guarantee the highest quality of meat available. Each carcass goes through a 14 - 21 day aging process allowing for tender and flavorful Premium Beef.
