How to order

Our ranch-raised beef is processed at a local, butcher shop where it is aged for 14 to 21 days prior to processing. Aging our beef allows the natural enzymes to tenderize the meat to and concentrates the meat’s rich, natural flavor – giving you tender steaks and mouthwatering cuts in every order of Rocking R lockeer beef.

Because it takes 20-22 months to raise our cattle from birth to finish, our bulk beef is not an on-demand product. We offer one locker beef harvest per year – May-September.

Premium grind ground burger is available for purchase all year, with minimum orders of 20lbs.

Since you will receive your entire order of beef at one time, it’s important to make sure you have enough freezer space to accommodate your order. Our beef can remain delicious for up to one year or longer when kept frozen. To place an order call Mark at 509-981-5191.
